Tips
1.

To keep from sticking, spray everything with pan spray that comes in contact with MallowCreme®, including:
Bowls
Spatulas/Deli Spoons
Gloved hands
Packaging
 
2. To mix, use two spatulas / deli spoons and "toss" as you would a salad.
3. When mixture is placed in package, do not close package until completely cool. This will help with shelf life
4. Finished product freezes well. Can be made ahead!
5. When packaging, only lightly press into container for that "fuller look".
6. When using MallowCreme® remember that the amount of ingredients needed is based on volume, not weight.
7. Crispy Rice: 1 ounce = 1 cup, 20 ounces = 5 quarts,
8. Visit www.mallowcreme.com to view volume/weight conversions for various ingredients.
9. Always vent pouches before heating in a microwave.
10. Place pouches in a microwave safe bowl to prevent spills.
11. Wear protective gloves or mitts when handling hot pouches.

FAQ’s
Q? Is MallowCreme® Kosher?
A. Currently a kosher MallowCreme® is not available. We are working on developing a kosher product.
Q? In what size pouches is MallowCreme® available?

A. The standard pouch size is 33.5 oz., which is for use with 20 oz. of crispy rice. One pouch with 20 oz. of crispy rice yields roughly a half bakery sheet at 1.5” thick. A standard case has 10 pouches.

Q? Where can I purchase MallowCreme®?
A. Contact your foodservice distributor in your area. You can also buy direct from Par-Way Tryson.
